Scott Northrup is a visual artist, writer, curator, educator, and the Director of the Digital Film program at College for Creative Studies. His personal work, including films, video installations, photographs, assemblages, collages, and zines, has been published by and exhibited with museums, galleries, film and design festivals, and alternative spaces in the US and parts of Europe. Northrup holds an MA in Media Studies from The New School (New York, ’03) and a BFA in Fine Arts from the then Center for Creative Studies (Detroit, ’92). He is currently on the Advisory Board for the Ann Arbor Film Festival, and the Curatorial Team for the next installment of Dlectricity.
